赵固二矿11020工作面安全煤(岩)柱留设研究

Study on Safety Coal and Rock Pillar Designfor 11020 Coal Face in Zhaogu No.2 Mine

摘要: 为实现赵固二矿11020工作面变分层开采为大采高一次采全高开采,提高开采效率,在水文地质勘探、土工试验、点荷载强度试验以及干燥饱和吸水率试验的基础上,研究工作面上覆岩层的富水性以及阻隔水特征,论证工作面留设防砂安全煤(岩)柱的可能性,并利用现场实测、经验公式、数值模拟等手段预计“两带”发育高度。研究结果表明:11020工作面大部分区域均可留设防砂安全煤(岩)柱进行一次采全高开采,对于部分疏放后钻孔涌水量仍大于15m3/h的区域,应留设防水安全煤(岩)柱,利用该区基岩柱厚度反算安全采高。

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of mining as well as transfer slicing mining to large mining height of a fully mechanized in ZhaoGuⅡmine 11020 working face,Based on the hydro geological exploration,geotechnical test,point load strength test and dry saturated water absorption test,measures have been taken to study the water rich and water blocking characteristics in the overlying strata,and then demonstrate the possibility of sand control safety coal (rock) column in the working face,field measurement,empirical formula, numerical simulation and other measures are taken to expect the development height of “Two Zone”.The results show that the sand control safety coal (rock) column and large mining height of a fully mechanized can be used in the most area of 11020 working face, the area that borehole water inflow is higher than 15m3/h after dewatering should adopt the water control safety coal (rock) column,make use of the thickness of bedrock in this area to calculate the safe mining height.
